This agreement regulates the general contracting conditions of various services offered on this website by PARANTICUARIOS S.L. (hereinafter Bundgallery) with NIF nº B67435347 and address at C/ Mallorca 284 bajo 2ª de (08037) Barcelona (SPAIN).
This contract regulates only the contracting of the services offered by Bundgallery and for which it is responsible for their provision. This agreement will not apply to any payment or sale made between users on this website, you can obtain more information about the regulation of auctions or sales between users in the "Conditions of Participation".
The CUSTOMER at the moment that completes the registration process, and contracts any of our services, accepts and expressly submits to the clauses specified below, as well as to the conditions of access and use of our portal and its privacy policy, accessible through the link “Privacy Policy”.
The CLIENT acknowledges having sufficient legal capacity to be contractually bound.
This contract is permanently accessible in the legal sections of our website, and can be downloaded in PDF format at the time of contracting.
IMPORTANT: By pressing the "Buy" button you expressly consent that the service object of this contract begins its provision within the legal withdrawal period (14 days) for which, in accordance with article 103.d and 108.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 1 /2007, of November 16, for the Defense of Consumers and Users, when the service has been fully provided, you will lose your right to withdrawal and, when the service has been partially provided, in case of withdrawal, you must pay the proportional part.
1. PRICES AND TAXES
In consideration for the contracted service, the CLIENT expressly agrees to pay Bundgalley the amounts specified at the time of contracting in the list of prices established on the website bundgallery.com for the chosen services.
The services offered on this website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). The prices listed for each of these services DO NOT include VAT.
Once the selection of products has been completed and prior to order confirmation and before proceeding to pay for it, the final price of the purchase/contract will appear on the screen, including VAT (Value Added Tax), and the management fees if applicable, which will be reflected in the purchase order at the time of purchase and in the invoice.
Everything that is not specified in the description as included is not included.
2. PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Orders may only be placed through this website by individuals over 18 years of age and companies that have previously registered.
On the website all our services are detailed individually. The procedure to make and manage the payment is indicated on the website and only the following steps must be followed:
a. Choose the service you want to purchase. In case of payment to register the store in Bundgallery, you will be notified in the registration process when it must be made.
b. When selecting a product, it can be added to the Shopping Cart and you can choose between following or processing the order.
c. To process the order, the user must be previously registered and, the payment of the registration of his store can be processed at the time of registration or later any service that the registered user and with a registered store chooses from those available. The user code and password provided to the registered user are personal and correspond to the person who carried out the registration process, who is exclusively responsible for their safekeeping. Through your account you can manage the information we have and modify or update your data.
d. Next, the order will be verified where the selected items are detailed one by one and the total price is calculated adding taxes and any other surcharge.
e. Likewise, it will be necessary to indicate an address for billing purposes of the purchase made.
f. Once the process has been processed, it will be necessary to previously mark a check box to read and accept the terms and conditions of the contract.
g. The website will provide you with the mechanisms so that payment can be made based on the system chosen in each case.

The CLIENT is informed that the photographs and descriptions of the services described on the website are an approximate image and that the descriptions and illustrations of the services offered through this website are made merely for informational purposes.
3. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
The services offered by Bundgallery are available to all previously registered users.
Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received.
The provision of the service will start automatically once the payment has been made, except for registering the CLIENT's store, a service that will be carried out in less than 24 hours from the payment processing.
In order to be informed at all times of the management of your purchases and payments, you will receive an email confirming your order and payment.
4. PAYMENT AND PAYMENT PERIODS
The following forms of payment are accepted:
• Credit and/or Debit Card through Redsys: Means of payment available for one-off charges such as registering for the Bundgallery store, the transaction is made by connecting directly with the BBVA bank (Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria) through its payment gateway.
• Credit and/or Debit Card through STRIPE: Means of payment available for installments and periodic charges such as the subscription in Bundgallery, the transaction is carried out directly by connecting with STRIPE's secure payment manager.
Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email.
Bundgallery is not aware of your credit card information. All our payment systems are completely secure.
Payments are prior to the provision of the service, so Bundgallery will not provide the requested service until payment has been received. Bundgallery reserves the right to temporarily or permanently cancel the services provided, in the event of any incident in terms of collection thereof.
5. INVOICES
When making the corresponding payment, you will receive the Invoice of your purchase in PDF format in the email that you have indicated for this purpose at the time of processing the order, if the CUSTOMER has expressly requested it. The CUSTOMER may request the invoice for their orders at any time by contacting info@bundgallery.com.
The CLIENT is responsible for confirming receipt of the notifications and for informing us of any changes to their data, leaving Bundgallery exempt from any liability arising from this circumstance.
6. WARRANTY
At Bundgallery we strive to provide services of the highest quality, although, given the nature of these services, we cannot offer a guarantee of satisfaction. In the event that, for any reason, you do not receive the service correctly, you must notify us as soon as possible indicating the incident that we will try, if the error is verified, we will correct it as soon as possible.
The guarantee document is the purchase invoice.
7. RETURNS
Given the nature of the service object of this contract, it is not possible to make returns.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with article 103 point a and 108.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. and when acting as a Consumer and the service has not been fully executed. In the event that this service has started and/or has been partially provided, the payment will be proportional.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will return all payments received from you, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the this contract.
We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.
We remind you that, if the service object of this contract had started during the withdrawal period, in accordance with article 108.3 of Law 1/2007, we may retain the proportional part corresponding to the service provided and, in the event that the service has been fully provided, in accordance with article 103.a of the aforementioned law, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable. 9. PERFECTION OF THE CONTRACT AND MODIFICATIONS OF THE SERVICES
This contract will be perfected with the payment of the service.
Bundgallery reserves the right to modify the characteristics and conditions of its services in any way, always with the aim of improving them and that it represents a benefit for the CLIENT.
10. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
Bundgallery undertakes to provide the CLIENT with the products and services that have been contracted applying the utmost diligence in the provision of the service, as well as to take care of the maintenance of the facilities necessary for the operation of the network, having a technical team and proper computer.
The CLIENT undertakes to use the services that are made available to them in good faith, without violating the laws in force in any matter or infringing the rights of third parties, as well as to pay for the selected service in the time and manner set in these conditions. hiring.
Bundgallery does not guarantee that the availability of the service object of this contract will be continuous and uninterrupted, due to circumstances caused by problems in the Internet network, breakdowns in computer devices and other unforeseeable circumstances. In such a way that the CLIENT agrees to bear these circumstances within reasonable limits, for which he expressly waives claiming Bundgallery any contractual or non-contractual liability for possible failures, errors and use of the contracted service.
11. COMMUNICATIONS
All notifications between the parties will be made preferably by email. The CLIENT is responsible for confirming receipt of the notifications and for informing Bundgallery of any changes to their data, the latter being exonerated from any liability arising from this circumstance. In case of modification, the CLIENT must inform Bundgallery at the e-mail or telephone numbers indicated on our website.
In compliance with article 21 of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that our commercial shipments and information related to our website and the products offered therein, will be made by email to the e-mail address that you provide us, always revocable. In any case, you have the option to reject our commercial communications by sending an email to the address info@bundgallery.com indicating the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.
12. COMMITMENT, ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT
The CLIENT acknowledges having read and accepted the legal conditions of use and the privacy policy of the website.
The CLIENT acknowledges that he has understood all the information regarding the products and services, including, where appropriate, delivery, offered on our website, as well as all the conditions and stipulations contained in this electronic contract, for which he affirms that are sufficient for the exclusion of the error in the consent of this contract, and therefore, it accepts them fully and expressly.
The CLIENT is fully aware that the acceptance and execution of this contract will take place by supplying their data and pressing the "Buy" button indicated on our website and that it will be completed with the payment of the service.
13. APPLICABLE REGULATION
This contract is of a commercial nature, and will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
In the event of any type of discrepancy or difference between the parties in relation to the interpretation, content or execution of the Contract that is not resolved by mutual agreement, the Parties will submit to the courts or tribunals that are competent in each case. , provided that the user is a consumer.
In the cases in which it is foreseen that the parties may submit to a jurisdiction, they will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain), expressly waiving any other that may correspond to them.
