1. PRICES AND TAXES

The services offered on this website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). The prices listed for each of these services DO NOT include VAT.
Once the selection of products has been completed and prior to order confirmation and before proceeding to pay for it, the final price of the purchase/contract will appear on the screen, including VAT (Value Added Tax), and the management fees if applicable, which will be reflected in the purchase order at the time of purchase and in the invoice.
Everything that is not specified in the description as included is not included.
2. PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Orders may only be placed through this website by individuals over 18 years of age and companies that have previously registered.

3. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
The services offered by Bundgallery are available to all previously registered users.
Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received.
The provision of the service will start automatically once the payment has been made, except for registering the CLIENT's store, a service that will be carried out in less than 24 hours from the payment processing.
In order to be informed at all times of the management of your purchases and payments, you will receive an email confirming your order and payment.
4. PAYMENT AND PAYMENT PERIODS
The following forms of payment are accepted:
• Credit and/or Debit Card through Redsys: Means of payment available for one-off charges such as registering for the Bundgallery store, the transaction is made by connecting directly with the BBVA bank (Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria) through its payment gateway.
• Credit and/or Debit Card through STRIPE: Means of payment available for installments and periodic charges such as the subscription in Bundgallery, the transaction is carried out directly by connecting with STRIPE's secure payment manager.

Bundgallery is not aware of your credit card information. All our payment systems are completely secure.
Payments are prior to the provision of the service, so Bundgallery will not provide the requested service until payment has been received. Bundgallery reserves the right to temporarily or permanently cancel the services provided, in the event of any incident in terms of collection thereof.
When making the corresponding payment, you will receive the Invoice of your purchase in PDF format in the email that you have indicated for this purpose at the time of processing the order, if the CUSTOMER has expressly requested it. The CLIENT is responsible for confirming receipt of the notifications and for informing us of any changes to their data, leaving Bundgallery exempt from any liability arising from this circumstance.
At Bundgallery we strive to provide services of the highest quality, although, given the nature of these services, we cannot offer a guarantee of satisfaction. In the event that, for any reason, you do not receive the service correctly, you must notify us as soon as possible indicating the incident that we will try, if the error is verified, we will correct it as soon as possible.
The guarantee document is the purchase invoice.
Given the nature of the service object of this contract, it is not possible to make returns.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with article 103 point a and 108.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. and when acting as a Consumer and the service has not been fully executed. 10. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
Bundgallery undertakes to provide the CLIENT with the products and services that have been contracted applying the utmost diligence in the provision of the service, as well as to take care of the maintenance of the facilities necessary for the operation of the network, having a technical team and proper computer.
The CLIENT undertakes to use the services that are made available to them in good faith, without violating the laws in force in any matter or infringing the rights of third parties, as well as to pay for the selected service in the time and manner set in these conditions. hiring.
Bundgallery does not guarantee that the availability of the service object of this contract will be continuous and uninterrupted, due to circumstances caused by problems in the Internet network, breakdowns in computer devices and other unforeseeable circumstances. In such a way that the CLIENT agrees to bear these circumstances within reasonable limits, for which he expressly waives claiming Bundgallery any contractual or non-contractual liability for possible failures, errors and use of the contracted service.
All notifications between the parties will be made preferably by email. The CLIENT is responsible for confirming receipt of the notifications and for informing Bundgallery of any changes to their data, the latter being exonerated from any liability arising from this circumstance. In case of modification, the CLIENT must inform Bundgallery at the e-mail or telephone numbers indicated on our website.
